B & C Associates

B&C Associates is a Licensed Insolvency Practice. This means that everything we do is regulated.

We operate from offices in Mill Hill, North London and have a dedicated resource of some 20 staff, geared to helping you and your distressed company.

Jeffrey Brenner

Jeff is a Founder of the practice and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He is Managing Director. He joined the profession in 1991 and was admitted as a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association in 2004. He has previously worked for both small and large practices.

Nitin Joshi

Nitin joined the profession in 1983. He has expertise in advising small to medium sized enterprises as well as larger companies. He has previously been a partner in two mid-tier accountancy firms. He is also the founder and Director of Channelmoney Limited, a corporate advisory firm focused on refinancing distressed businesses. He is a judge on the Channel Awards and a frequent speaker on credit related issues. He is also Scheme Advisor and Judge to the Insolvency and Rescue Awards. He has dealt with hundreds of computer sector insolvencies and is a keen promoter of informal arrangements.

Dinesh Mapara

Dinesh is a highly accomplished and much respected professional. His career began in 1971. He is a Chartered Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a Fellow of both The Insolvency Practitioners Association and The Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Dinesh's extensive experience covers both corporate and personal insolvency procedures and has held senior management positions in large firms throughout his career. Just prior to joining the firm, Dinesh spearheaded and managed one of the largest IVA and debt management firms in the country.

Outside work, Dinesh is a keen sports follower especially cricket and is Treasurer of Ace Badminton Club, one of the largest Junior Badminton Clubs in Middlesex
